Our baguettes or French Sticks are made from two over-night pre-ferments, one made from our sourdough starter and one with a very small amount of active dry yeast (0.01% of total dough). Made from French T65 Mitronette Baguette Flour, Organic White Flour and a small amount of Eckley Farm Whole Meal Flour. (500g)
